Hog Roast Flat Breads

Leftovers are the reason for cooking a roast dinner!  These flatbreads will make you the envy of your colleagues at work!

  • 2 slices Roast Pork
  • 1 tsp Apple Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sage Stuffing
  • Rocket
  • 2 Flat Breads

For the stuffing follow the cooking instructions on the packet. Once that’s cooked, slice the pork. In a frying pan, cook on either side in a little oil until crispy.  Warm the flat breads in the microwave (about a minute) then add put some rocket at the bottom, top with the pork and stuffing and then add the apple sauce. Leftover lunch done!
