Portly Cooks | Quick Chilli and Broccoli Noodles

Chilli and Broc Noodles

Quick and easy noodles for a Wednesday evening.

  •  1 nest Wholewheat Noodles
  • 1 Red Chilli
  • 50g Tenderstem Broccoli
  • 30ml Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 150g Chicken

Chop up the chicken into small strips then, chop the the broccoli into bite size pieces and slice the chilli. I left the seeds in but if you want it less spicy leave them out. In a wok stir fry the chicken for about 3 minutes, at the same time cook the noodles in some boiling water.

Add the broccoli and chilli and cook for a further minute. Drain the noodles and add to the pan. Finally, add the soy sauce and make sure everything is coated well, stick it in a bowl and enjoy!

    Looks delicious! 🙂 Does the brocolli need to be boiled first or stir fry straight into the pan with the rest of the ingredients?
