Good food doesn't have to be difficult…
Quick and easy noodles for a Wednesday evening.
Chop up the chicken into small strips then, chop the the broccoli into bite size pieces and slice the chilli. I left the seeds in but if you want it less spicy leave them out. In a wok stir fry the chicken for about 3 minutes, at the same time cook the noodles in some boiling water.
Add the broccoli and chilli and cook for a further minute. Drain the noodles and add to the pan. Finally, add the soy sauce and make sure everything is coated well, stick it in a bowl and enjoy!
