It doesn’t look pretty but it’s dead tasty and honestly super simple.
- 2 Large Field Mushrooms
- 100g Spaghetti
- Handfull of Rocket (roughly chopped)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 100g Butter
- 1 tsp White Truffle Oil
Peel the mushrooms and cut into bite sized chunks. Then in a wok fry them until they’re nice and crispy. At the same time boil the pasta until it is just cooked. Add the butter and garlic to the mushrooms and give a good stir around. Finally add the pasta coat it well with the butter, then drizzle over the truffle oil. Stick it all in a bowl and garnish with the rocket. It’s as simple as that.
