Good food doesn't have to be difficult…
The burger is basically a staple food, you can find it on pretty much any menu these days right? Why not mix it up with these Salmon and Hake Burgers.
This one is slightly tricky but definitely worth it. Cut the fish into small chunks and then using a blender, blitz the fish until is looks a bit like mince. Transfer the fish to a bowl and add the basil, Garlic and seasoning.
Using you hands give it all a good mix and then refrigerate for about half an hour. Using wither a burger maker or the top of a Nutella/any spread jar form the fish mix into burger shapes. Finally, refrigerate for at least an hour before cooking.
You can either pan fry (which is what I did), BBQ, grill or even oven bake your burgers. If you use the oven give them about 10 minutes in a high oven, turning half way through.
