Good food doesn't have to be difficult…
So Vegetarian week has come to a close for me at least. It has taught me a lot about my cooking though, I thought I would miss meat but to be honest I haven’t really. I’ve definitely felt more creative during this little experiment of mine.
I’m ending the week though with a take-out Pizza from the Pizzeria next to my apartment here in Italy. I’ve stuck to the vegetarian theme and gone for the traditional Margherita but, to be honest with you, with how fresh and crispy this pizza is it really doesn’t need any faff.
All it needs is for me at least a little drizzle of balsamic vinegar, and that is that. As I said it’s been an interesting week, definitely something I will do again. Normal service will be resumed shortly.
