This is probably one of the best sauces I have ever learned to make, it is super simple and so far I have tried it with kidneys, mushrooms and steak. I think it would work easily with pork and chicken too.
- Red wine
- English mustard
Start off with the paprika, and cover whatever you are cooking liberally with it. Then begin to cook it lightly making sure you dont burn the paprika. Once you’re nearly ready to serve add the wine to the pan, followed by the mustard and cream and give it a really good stir and then reduce for about a minute. Finally you’re ready to serve! Devilled sauce nice and simple and really tasty.
