- 250g Mushrooms
- 100g Broccoli
- 2 nests Egg Noodles
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 packet Blue Dragon Oyster and Spring Onion sauce
- 25ml water
- 20ml Soy sauce
First off, you’re going to need to cook you noodles. In a small saucepan just cover the nests with water and simmer until they begin to break apart (about 2 minutes). Then drain them and leave to one side (nobody like mushy noodles). Once that’s done, heat your wok until its screamingly hot. While the wok is warming up you can chop your mushrooms and broccoli.
Once the wok is up to temperature, in a little sesame oil stir fry the mushrooms. Then, add the broccoli and continue cooking, add the water a little at a time to help cook the broccoli. Next add the noodles and continue to keep everything moving , add the soy sauce and make sure it coats the noodles. Finally, add the oyster sauce and cook for around two minutes to warm the sauce through.
