Shortbread Biscuits

Shortbread Biscuits

When biscuits are this easy to make why would you ever need to buy them? Aside obviously from just wanting have something quick to dip in your tea but these take about 20 minutes to make and cook!

  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ½ sugar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 50g choc chips

Not a lot to tell you on this put the flour, sugar and butter in a bowl and mix with your fingers until you get a breadcrumb like consistency. Add the chocolate chips give it a quick mix and bring it together to form a dough.  You may need a splash of water but if you’ve warm hands like me the butter should be enough.  Roll into small balls and pat down on a bakiung tray and bake in the overn for 20 minutes at 170!
