My favourite noodles are back! They disappeared from the shelves of my local supermarket a few months ago and now they are back, if I’m honest I bought everything that was on the shelf. This isn’t going to be the most amazing culinary adventure but, the noodles are shrimp flavour and I felt that some Sashimi would go rather well with them.
- 90g Salmon (Skinned)
- 50g Yellow fin Tuna
- Soy Sauce for dipping
It’s simple enough, take the fish and slice into nice thin strips, put it on a plate and grab a small dish to put your soy sauce in. Grab some chopsticks and dig in!
