- ½ jar Portly Gourmet Red Onion Chutney
- 300ml beef stock
- 2 tsp gravy thickening
Make your gravy as usual with the stock and the gravy thickener, then add the Portly Gourmet Red Onion Chutney and Reduce the mixture by half. This will create a wonderful thick onion gravy that’s perfect for a roast or as a sauce for your steaks!
